Strength Training Program
I provide basic strength training sessions that focus on Deadlifts, Bench Press and Squats.
I believe in simplicity and you get the best results in keeping it simple and will hyperfocus on the three compound movements practiced, you get the ultimate body composition transformation.

Kettlebell - Programs
I provide customized kettlebell sessions that drill into strength, cardiovascular and flexibility.
As these programs can be more complex, these plans are still easy to learn and understand. You first learn the most basic movements on how to properly handle a kettlebell and we slowly build from the foundation.
I am certified to practice and teach you how to properly operate with kettlebells but a majority of my understanding of kettlebells have come from the 19 years of practicing them. The complexity, movements and best way to use them come from experience.
